  • ½ cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • ½ cup milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • tbsp cocoa powder
  • tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat
  • Gradually whisk in the semolina
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens (like pudding)
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes)
  • Blend the mousse:
  • In a blender or food processor, add:
  • The cooked semolina mixture
  • Avocado, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  • Chill and serve:
  • Spoon into small bowls or glasses
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes to set and thicken
