In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat
Gradually whisk in the semolina
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens (like pudding)
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes)
Blend the mousse:
In a blender or food processor, add:
The cooked semolina mixture
Avocado, cocoa powder, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt
Blend until completely smooth and creamy
Chill and serve:
Spoon into small bowls or glasses
Chill for at least 30 minutes to set and thicken
Optional: top with grated chocolate, banana slices, or crushed nuts
