  • 1 cup pitted dates about 180 g, Medjool or soft
  • ½ cup peanut butter about 128 g, smooth works best
  • 3 tbsp honey or to taste, depending on sweetness of dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup cornflour cornmeal/corn flour (about 65 g – can lightly toast for nutty flavor)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon
