What does Luisa Marie sell? Two things, both made with the same eye for detail: small-batch, sustainable fashion accessories and original surface pattern designs. Every piece starts as an idea in the sketchbook before it becomes something you can hold, wear, or license.

Are your accessories made to order or ready to ship? Both, depending on the piece. Some items are made to order, so they're created especially for you once your order comes in. Others are limited-edition pieces that are already made and ready to ship while stock lasts. Each product page tells you which type you're looking at.

How long does it take for a made-to-order piece to be dispatched? Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

What are your pieces made from, and how do I care for them? We work with a mix of new materials, vintage textiles, and upcycled fabrics, used across both our limited-edition small-batch collections and our made-to-order pieces. For care, we recommend washing on a cool, gentle cycle and air drying.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship within the UK and internationally.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take? Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location, and free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. You can find the full details for your location on our Delivery & Returns page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order? It depends on the type of item. Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, so these are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Ready-made, limited-edition pieces can be returned.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Do you take custom or bespoke orders? Yes. Every detail is open to discussion, so we can design a piece around exactly what you have in mind.

Surface Pattern Licensing

Can I license your patterns for my own products? Yes. We offer both exclusive and non-exclusive licensing, available per pattern or per collection. Price and conditions vary depending on the exclusivity terms you choose.
